What really helps in the thread with Dean and Nadine is that she is already used to being dominant and 'aggressive' - for her - with Dean. So she feels a lot more in control of the situation, even with the weirdness.
it probably has nothing to do with consistently and doggedly demanding that geralt kill him if he ever changes for several weeks leading up to this moment
honestly i love it a lot, like what it says about how they understand each other, because dean fucking full-on knew none of the spn crew would do it, even if he asked, even if he made them promise
tbh i think this long period of like....dean being dead + geralt not really being around to witness dean escalate much before he kicked off rly works too. bc geralt just completely sees a separation btwn the dean he chatted with by the impala during the event and the dean that's rolling around rn
the one person who won't be able to do that at all is... himself... who will take full accountability and guilt for literally everything he's doing right now
Nadine will absolutely get it. She knows that who she is and who she is when Flagg is in her head aren't the same. As Joe so aptly pointed out for the audience.
julie like "me, mostly"
julie: why does this make me hornier
dean: that crazy motherfucker is going to kill me
