I think I pulled a muscle in my sternum from coughing.. now I have to wear a bra with my pj's in the hot weather because holding the girls up seems to help the pain...

if it helps i gotta hold the boys up most nights to stick my insulin pump in and i eventually got used to it................ tho hopefully you will not need to do it long
