When I was 19, the summer here broke records by having over 20 consecutive days with highs of over 80 degrees, in July and August.

I think about that every year when the first days to break 80 come earlier and earlier. It's predicted to be next week, this year.

Knowing that most schools in western WA have no AC, I can't imagine sitting in class on an 80-degree Monday.
