I rarely go through the hassle of updating. usually only after I do some windows update and notice crappy performance drops.

Like yay, windows effed up my shit again. maybe a new GPU driver will un-eff it. or maybe going through the motions with enough reboots is what does it.

just cursing MS for not leaving me in peace.
