is it possible to suffer through art block for 2 years

ive been drawing for that time or taking it kinda seriously and i havent made a single drawing that i would genuinally show or enjoy cause 1 i deleted it or 2 its unfinished and looks crappy

or its just really unfinished and took like 20 hours
