The Department Head was supposed to get me the annual report like Tuesday so I could finish edits, give it to her for one last review, and then get it to the last set of eyes before we publish.

I'm still waiting for her to send it to me. It's supposed to be to me "Thursday evening or early friday morning"

Well... it's now going on 10:30am and I still haven't seen hide nor hare of it.

and like Craig's been very just keep your Friday open. It should only be like edits to the text and punctuation so it'll take you what like an hour? That's doable.

Like, Craig, this thing is 100 pages long. I can't promise you a timeframe until I can legitimately SEE what she's all changing.

And I am not eligible for overtime. So at 4:30 PM. Where ever that Annual Report stands at clock out time, I'm fucking dropping it until May 16th.

Like I need to find ways to tailor it so she can't be like "ELIZABETH!" but like time management - holding staff to deadlines even though she blows by her own by MONTHs

and like, the first year or so settling in, I could totally see she's adjusting. But it's been almost five years and nothing has gotten better.
