Quick additional announcement regarding activity and character squatting (This will not apply to 99% of you).

So first of all, we have zero intention to change the check-in system of the game! So 99% of you, you're completely fine go about your day

However the mod team has noticed there are a small number of characters that keep checking in and then proceed not to play in the game, and have been doing so for well over six months

while we don't have set activity to reduce stress of players, we are not interested in being a character squatting parking lot.

Ergo, we are introducing a new policy for characters that would fall under character squatting:

basically if you are extremely inactive for at least six months, the mods may contact you about providing proofs of activity.

We expect this to be EXTREMELY rare, but we wanted to be transparent.

again, this will not apply to 99% of players. You guys are really active and good at playing in the game.

this is just for the rare extreme case.

ye which we appreciate! It's totally okay to app into a game, recognize oh I'm not actually keeping up with it, and choosing to drop. That happens. I've totally done that.

and we don't want to make people worried about their activity levels in the game if they earnestly want to play here

but when it reaches six months of zero activity- it's questionable if you acutally do want to play here, or if it's even feasible to catch up with all you've missed.
