i am already so tired of today

...it is also very rough when you are already feeling stressed and depressed and happen to read the latest chapter of a fic which ends up being incredibly sad and depressing and you end up as a blanket lump just weeping and being useless

on the other hand, i am proud of myself because once i got over that crying jag i finally sat down and sent in a new patient application/booked an appointment with a new psych place to get myself a new psychiatrist, because my previous one retired at the end of march and i took my last vyvanse today
