egg question! how do egg claims happen in-game?

i've seen that ooc-ly you comment on people's egg posts, but i was wondering how that happens between characters

i tried looking around a couple of places but totally possible i missed something somewhere

Sometimes people will put up an ic post with the character selling eggs but it is often handwaved! As for characters getting the eggs from others, they can be transported through the PC system!
