[health] hey y'all, i wanted to give a heads up as to why i've been absent and just commenting on star treks

weather has been dipping between really hot or really cold and it's really making my fibro flare up so bad that it's driven up my blood sugar like super high

i've had to take edibles to kind of just not feel as much pain and dealing with all of this has left me super exhausted

i'm gonna be trying to get into things tonight, so please be patient with me

oil lmao yeah exactly! The constant change in weather is worse than it just being, my body has no peace if the temp can’t decide if it’s gonna go one way or the other

i think the worst thing about my pain levels driving usp my blood sugar is that i've been so hungry that nothing is satisfying me, but i've also been afraid of eating too much/having too much sugar to contribute to higher blood levels

but i'm getting to the point of just saying fuck it, because i'm seeing no difference in my levels from holding back, only that i am depressingly hungry
