I’ve had a headache so bad it spilled over into nausea so bad I threw up, so yes.

Not personally but I've had other severe pain that's made me nauseous.

Personal experience aside, I've heard of plenty of times people with migraines have that kind of experience.

Close. I may very well have, but I more distinctly remember other kinds of pains that then led to nausea
