Meet and greet is an ongoing com for players of specific genres to connect. It will have regular reposts (quarterly usually) to allow people to connect.
Are crosscanon meet and greet posts an eventual possibility? Im envisioning people who like horror, action and adventure, romance etc... i really like crosscanon rp so that might be fun

: Absolutely! It should be a while to cycle through canon and doing it too often would make it an eyesore, so having genre or other M&G would be a great addition.
Sometimes it's hard to find and network with the characters and canon that you are into. I'm hoping this will make things a little easier and be easy to find.
I've previously run a meet and greet for Shadow and bone/Grishaverse but haven't had time to run one since season 2 came out. Would you be willing to add it to your list?
I would love a RWBY meet & greet if that hasn't been requested yet. The fandom's getting a lot of newcomers with this latest season and there may be some RPers among them looking to play.
Wondering if Halo and Red vs. Blue could be put as one. Back in older journal RP days, these two canons were treated as synonymous, and one canon often brought people onto the other.
I was also thinking maybe a catch all for smaller canons, maybe broken up by medium? like one for video games, one for live action, one for anime, one for OCs or something idk what he breakdown should be

: It'll go on the list, it may end up in a potluck. Some requests are getting no traction and I'm hesitant to put up ones on their own if they have a limited presence.
I am happy to add these, but there is a new caveat. Please do not put in a request you are unwilling to top level on. There have been a couple where the request was made and no one posted. That has delayed others going up that did get responses.

: Sorry for the delay, I've been sick for a little over a week. Potlucks are general collectives for a genre or subjects. Like there is a planned one for Supernatural TV shows, another for Indie Comics, there will be generic genre ones for horror or scifi or others as suggestions come in.
Would also love a cross canon meet and greet for people who play robots/AI and characters from fandoms that focus on robots/AI.
