He was the chairman

He ordered the cancellation of X-Men and Fantastic Four because Marvel didn't own the movie rights.

He genuinely thought that fans wouldn't be able to tell the difference between Don Cheadle and Terrence Howard when they decided to fire Howard.

He nearly tanked the MCU so hard, back before the MCU was a bloated monstrosity that deserved to be put down, that Disney made a separate part of Marvel that he, specifically, wasn't in charge of.

He was one of Trump's advisors.
