also received an email the other week about electricity charges changing again - with the pertinent "personalised" information hidden in a PDF. They are fractionally lowering the day time charge but increasing the night time off-peak charge and seriously ramping up the standing charge to stop people like me from benefiting from being good.

this is the complete opposite of what an eco-friendly company should be doing (and what the announcements on TV said would be happening for other people using only slightly off-peak daytime electricity as opposed to proper Economy 7).
