[work-ish] so i work as a crime victim advocate, and one big part of my job is looking into referrals for victims for services that our agency can't provide directly

today i was looking into referrals for a grandparent with regards to visitation rights, custody matters, legal assistance, etc. so pretty serious stuff!

so i find a document that basically lists programs that assist grandparents with all sorts of matters. perfect!!

start reading it, get to the second page and

can... can you see why i was stunned

etc would have been much easier oh my god

how did that get beyond an editor

it's literally the first program on the list!
