can't stop thinking abt how bc Strand is based so heavily on connections it's the darkness power Vanir would kick ass at

I think even tho Elsie is the Stasis expert, Vanir is terrible at harnessing Stasis...... she cannot sit still properly

but she is all about the ways people are connected she would gel SO WELL WITH STRAND

I also like to think he version of Strand is probably closer to the Hunter Threadrunner than Berserker

I just love the way different elements present in different facets of who she is like!!!

Arc is her core, her action and excitement and constant buzzing energy

Void is actually largely her fear, she first channelled it out of fear of the Vex, and the protectiveness is entirely because she channels it from the fear of others being hurt to turn into protection for them

Solar is her anger and bubbles up when she loses control, and came about when the Taken were destroying everything

Stasis is harder because she's not good at it, it's too oppositional to her heart of Arc, but its similar to void in that she channels it through wanting to protect others from the darkness, but in a calmer fashion

and finally Strand she channels through her love and adoration of others, her love of history and the connections between people and places and events, her interest in the past and how it affects who people are! her understanding and compassion are what make it so natural to her, she's already tuned into the spiritual connections between people ^^
