I have a friend that is studying to be a chaplain, and she is focusing on grief from pet loss. It is something that people really underestimate a lot of the time. I think she will help a lot of people.
Oh, I got that wrong, it's they/them now. They are still studying and I don't think there's a page yet. I'll ask. But definitely, a needed profession! I'll send them your way when it is time.
The thaumaturgic vet who helped me with Annie - she's in a niche that badly needs more filling. thaumata: Maybe suggest to your friend that they team up with a vet who might be willing to make house calls?
I lost a dog to epilepsy about five years ago and it was just so terrible the whole way through. People don't always understand that kind of loss and how it can haunt you. I really hope my friend gets done because they'll make such a difference. ❤️
A post appeared today with 10 pictures.
One of them spoke volumes.
I've had this other pic fur years.
No joke, I still have days like the lady in the photo.
