it's a whole song about the paradox of the singer of the song not being a person

i think about that bit in the second verse all the time i really think it broke my brain

where after apparently pouring out her heart miku just goes

"well obviously i'm just being made to say this by someone lol"

There's some nuance to the translation of the song in that like

when she says 'ningen ja nai no de'

I feel like "I'm not human" doesn't really convey what it's communicating

and it'd be better as "I'm not a person"

i was workshopping translyrics for that line in my head to cope with the earworm i got when i listened to it for the first time and i ended up liking a sort of dismissive "that's for humans to do!" with the first part of the response adjusted gramatically to match the question
