bah I am getting sick

sore throat + one side of my jaw is sore + earache on the same side

I don't think it's anything serious and I'm WFH tomorrow and Friday so I'll have all weekend to recover

I was gonna go grocery shopping tomorrow anyway...I'll pick up some tea while I'm there

already starting to clear up a bit but still gonna be careful

slept in and had chicken noodle soup and hot tea for lunch, luckily no work meetings today and not a lot of tasks today so I can take it easy

evening update getting better ear ache is gone for now still have soreness in half my gums

made too much food for dinner bc i felt hungrier than i was tends to be a side effect of me eating soup for lunch

whenever i eat a meal that's mostly just soup/noodle soup i usually still feel hungry afterward

anyway i still ate most of it just a lil mad at myself because i'm still trying to control how much i eat

I am inexplicably sniffly today and I hope it's just weather shift but I dislike it

feeling better this morning, jaw soreness is like 85% gone
