But what if we steal them away, give them the therapy they so desperately deserve and then send them home to be happy and productive members of society? Yes?
haha it IS but not hardcore prison. like inmates mostly lose their powers, and have less access to stuff but the game is mostly about them getting over their issues.

yeah, I mean there's some other things that some people don't like (it is an older game) .. but that's the main complaint I've seen. that isn't more prison like.
