Sorry for the late reply. P-Bandai (or the Premium Bandai Store) is an online store service that sells items that typically don’t leave Japanese shores. For models, they tend to be mecha or characters who are less popular or obscure not to be made in large quantities.

P-Bandai’s problem is that you can only pre-order, have a certain time frame to get them and if it’s a popular one, you run the risk of missing out because scalpers will buy them up and sell them at double+ prices
