What is this rice you have? I can't do shrimp (allergy) but I just imagine them as chicken lol

it would work well with chicken. The rice is just a basic standard rice (from Aldi) I actually mixed two varieties here cause I was at the bottom of the container and had to open another pack

I miss shrimp

I like shrimp. It's an easy source of protein. Takes little energy to prepare and cook and has a small eco footprint for farming .
