i am almost tempted to just randomize all my kids. my ocs have a lot of friends and i'm starting to like Overheat in my brain trying to think of which dynamics i want to pursue every event
don't get me wrong, my ideas for group team ups have been very much delivering, but sometimes wrangling people and telling them "ok i submitted our ocs!!" gets me a little
also i feel like the pool for randomized groupings is often the shyer/busier people in the group since the rush to group up often yoinks everyone into groups within like the first week.... so i'd like a chance to interact with them even more and maybe encourage other people to Dip Their Toes into the random waters!!
also i think from how i interpreted things, the hotel arrangements are just for fun this time around and not like, rigid team ups, so there's more freedom to be like "oh oc a and oc b can do THIS together" then at the end of the day return to their room and hang out with their new roomies
