Okay, if David was in DA world, what would he be like and how would he meet Anders?

I'm thinking David is a scholar of some sort who knows a lot about tinkering with technology and potions, like how to make lightning in a bottle or automatic traps. And he does lots of reading. I figure he meets Anders after one of his escapes, possibly when healing some minor ailment or kindly offering him a roof for the night.

Or they meet after the events of DA2, when Anders has to really lay low, and David is kind enough to provide him aid while he's running from the Templars who want his head.

Oooh that would be cool, the offering shelter. Like, David is not the sort to be uninformed. It isn't his nature. Dude woulda seen you on wanted posters.
