So Tues night I suddenly got one of the worst gut pains I'd ever had bar none and after 20 -30 min without abating we decided it was best for me to go to the ER.

Long story short got a viral infection in my large intestine and it gonked me up bad. Caused nausea and a migraine that lasted two days

I'm still a bit queasy but I at least can keep food down and I'm no longer light sensitive.

I basically stayed in the basement with the lights off for 36 hours
