just quietly backs out of the valentione tag

everyone bitching about the event and the gear being genderlocked

its not for some races but is for others, def looks like they ran out of time

it only has the tag on it so ppl don't try to force it but looks like the races it does work for CAN wear it

i need to do the event and get it myself

like apparently lala, hrothgar, and roe can't wear it but everyone else is good

just always discourse with the fandom lately

also they let you buy the other outfit that you don't get from the quest, so its not like you gotta pony up real money later after they have unlocked it

they did this for the prev Valentione outfit too and that got un genderlocked

I hear people saying that the clothes are actually coded to fit both genders but it just hasnt been unlocked yet, so it's probably unfinished

yeah it is unfinished, ppl have messed around with it and there are least three races it doesn't fit

supposedly the opposite gender clothing can be worn for the races that are already done without modding

(Passes by Easier to blame others than be happy. Like yeah I am upset but at least we can get the other outfit and it only costs 1000 gil for each piece

okay well i finally did the quest and grabbed the gear and no it can't be worn, the person that said it could "without modding" was a liar

but at least it will be gender unlocked and i got it
