So very true. I finally realized this was me at the beginning of the year and I have been in this state for the last 12-18 months. I am climbing my way out now that I understand the source and how to mitigate it.

Very true. Coming out of a severe depression meant periods of high functioning depression for me. Knowing the source is big; good that you're climbing out.
