: They already included the DLC characters in the trailer so it should be a safe bet + New characters like SSJ Blue Gran xD Perhaps this is more akin to Vanilla SF5 to SF5 Arcade Edition.

Rollback Netcode-if they're including all of the previous DLC characters: thank goodness i didn't buy a DLC for GBVS.
