I really enjoy giving advice. I like to feel like I'm helping people, offering them some kind of comfort, pass on my knowledge, etc. Reddit is great for this EXCEPT... dear god, all the people who don't do basic communication or bother to google shit before asking a question. I wish I could filter out those people. This has been my TED Talk.

Reddit is a "kids" spot from my experience. Meaning people who don't remember life before cell phones

Chestnut : I think it really depends on what corner you're in but you would be surprised by how many of these clueless folks are well over their 20s

How many are over 50 though?

Chestnut : Not too many over 50, but a fair number in their 30s and 40s. I'm 45, so I'd say they're within my generation. Interestingly enough, I notice more older folks in the BDSM Reddit than sex. Then some subreddits like related to health or special interests can actually skew mostly 30s and above.

I might just stop following sex because it annoys me so much though, definitely the one with the most youngins.
