Why can’t the HSE rebuild on the St Joseph’s Site on a Gradual Basis as all those St Flannan’s pitches are used on an ongoing basis as it’s now a Co-Ed school ?

Alternatively; they could build this EnnisCommunityHospital at the Our Lady’s Hospital site on the Old Gort Road or near the road at the Bushypark HSE site ?
