Thinking about how much funnier Irresponsible Captain Tylor is now that I've actually watched Macross, SBB Yamato, and Legend of the Galactic Heroes

Somehow this guy is gonna pour out a cold one with Yang

Warning: Tylor is extremely and unfortunately Japanese 80's about how it treats female characters - I think it bats a little higher than average, but that's not saying much

also I appreciate that the beam weapons on the Soyokaze are just straight up phaser banks, because fuck you, Star Trek ruled

I remember ICT being the first series I ever binged

I was 13 or 14 and at a summer computer camp at a college campus and another “camper” had brought the whole series on VHS tapes for some reason, and I had brought my tv with built-in VCR

And he said he would loan me the tapes, but only for one night

So I stayed up all night watching the whole thing
