I am saying it's rare because most people (like 99%) would go for Gladio as top instead of Ignis as top. ( Ignis x Gladio is not the same as Gladio x Ignis)
I've been trying to find that 1% for 3 years (on twitter in English & Japanese) and I only found 2 in Japan.
