OMG!!! so, y'all know the Hongdae Event? I was logged onto one of my KPop idols last night, and the owner of the event came to the blogger room where we were, because idols performing at Hongdae have the privilege of picking items to use during performances, and I asked them if they were looking for stores to join the event! and they said YES! and THENNN

I told them about the reopening of my store next week, and they said they might come by!

AND LIKE?????

I'm introverted and shy, but I decided to shoot my shot anyway, and I'm so glad I did, because getting into Hongdae would be a freaking dream come true for meeee

AND AND AND ALSOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

my pose store is going to sponsor XO PLANET (EXO tribute group) and ATZ (ATEEZ tribute group) so that might bring more traffic to my store, which would be AMAZING

and I'm so excitedddd

and my fellow members/the leaders are excited too, because they've been struggling with finding poses for 8 and 9 guys because there really aren't any, so they've had to splice together poses from different stores/sets and hope they're cohesive

BUT I TOLD THEM, WORRY NO MOREEEEE

and I'm currently making poses for XO PLANET to take promotional photos for our concert next weekend I'M SO EXCITED

things are happening, and sure I don't have an RL job yet but I'M WORKING ON IT, and I feel this shift in my spirit, and I'm just so so happy, to have found my people, have the hope of growing my store, and being A SPONSOR for a project I'm truly passionate about

I'm not expecting for my little store to be as big as, say, FOXCITY or !bang or Glitterati, but if I can sell a few things to help fund my other SL projects, that's all I want, and I think getting into Hongdae, which is a Korean culture-themed event, and making KPop poses for it, which I already do anyway, will really help with that

AND I'M JUST SO EXCITED I'm burstingggg with excitement right now, and it's all just hitting me that all these really big things are happening for me, which I NEVER expected in a MILLION years

but honestly, just to be a little selfish for a minute, it's about damn time, because I'm tired of struggling and being miserable and feeling like my life is going nowhere

I don't have any long term goals for my store, and I'm going to take it one step at a time because I don't want to let my ego get too big, so I'm going to keep that in check, and I'm going to re-evaluate long-term goals after the holiday season because this week, next week, and the week after that are going to be super busy

I have a lot of poses to make, I have a meeting for another group I just joined and then a photoshoot for XO PLANET today, I have an ATZ fanmeet on Friday, XO PLANET concert on the 10th at Hongdae followed immediately by the grand reopening party of my store, which I STILLLLL have to finish setting up, and then ANOTHER concert for XO PLANET on the 17th

and this is all in between looking for jobs every weekday, for 5 hours every morning/early afternoon, as per an agreement I made with my stepmom, PLUS hosting three times a week at KPop Island, PLUS other RL commitments and of course Christmas

and ALSO making time to hang out with my friends, because that's important to me

but it's a good busy, and I'm FINALLY getting into a routine that WORKS

I'm rambling, I know, but I'm just so so sooooo beyond excited for all of this

oh, and I also want to learn how to DJ, because KPop Island needs DJs, and I have a friend that's willing to teach me but that's going to have to come after the holiday season and things quiet down a bit
