Hawke > Jon. I debated if that would be enough for Hawke to not reach out but Jon didn't actually call him a danger or anything to his face so I don't think it was enough
re: plotting I am trying to muster a few struggling braincells to think what I want. I think my only must-have for the event was to have bodem!Festival in a cage; beyond that I just plan to have him figuring out what's changed since he was gone
