mimi : I've seen on YouTube that you can turn the liquid into a sweet, non-dairy, whipped cream. Never tried it, though.

Lemongrass : You've been ill as well? So sorry. I still have a bit of a cough and low energy, but getting better.

Godtess : It does whip but more like egg whites. A lot of vegan recipes use it as an egg substitute. I've never tried the sweet version. Could be true.
