[PSA/BLACK FRIDAY] Every once and a while I say this. I work retail. I have friends that work retail. please do not blame the workers for things being out while you go shopping this year. Shit is bad enough for us right now. Please treat us like humans and we will do whatever we can to help.

We have likely been there for 8+ hrs for probably a week solid or more.

Basically don't be a dick to the shop workers during this season

Also if you go shopping Thursday (Thanksgiving) night I don't like you very much, so don't tell me or I will probably tell you to GTFO. My store may be closed, but I have close friends who will have to work and be unable to spend time with their families.

I'm out of retail and hospitality now but I haven't forgotten the hell of Black Friday

Supply chains are a mess right now, people should be assuming what they want being in stock is a crapshoot even without Black Friday crowds.

Shoppers need to chill and accept that even under ideal conditions, stores can't stock infinity of even the most popular product B|

I am not looking forward to going to work on Friday. My shift is closing and it's going to be fucking nuts

In summary, don't be a dick. Go early for shit you really want, and if you shop Thursday night you suck

My store is closed 4 days a year. New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas
