I'm squatted 150 lbs today. Definitely noticing muscle definition in the legs. Arms still small.

progress is slower than it was at first but I'm going at my own pace. I do think I need to get more protein maybe that would help. not doing myself any favors by not eating enough

I want to start packing myself a lunch so I can take a break and have an actual meal instead of grabbing candy bars at grocery checkout because I can't make good decisions when I'm hungry
