the nelson and drake licenses are there to hit that ips-n bonus to make the gundam extra tanky, but the argonaut shield and thermal charges would be useful. didn't make it in because of SP constraints.
tortuga was best frame for general stats/hyperdense armor, but the cp is good for amuro newtype bullshit. think of it like that magnet coating that rx-78 gets at the end

I haven't seriously entertained the idea in full but at the bear minimum Engineer for Prototype Weapon makes perfect sense for the Gundams' various one-shot tricks
beyond that it would probably be some weird Forever-Everest setup, because I think the Everest's speed actually is what you would wwant if you want to focus on how nimble the RX-78-2 is compared to its OYW contemporaries?
I feel like you could make a strong case for an Amuro Ray piloted gundam to have some SSC tech, just enough to get All-Theater Movement Suite and Ace 3
