Man, when you eliminate all added sugars from your diet, milk starts to taste REALLY sweet

have some on my bran flakes in the morning, and use it to take my meds, and it tastes like a milkshake these days

Yeah milk has a lot of natural sugar in it

I drink lactose free, so it's not fermentable in the gut, but you definitely can still taste the sugar!
