The bleak, overcast skies just make things miserable during the day

And I keep waking up at night

I'm tired and frustrated. I say we cancel today and go hide somewhere together with critters

Except, of course, that one of the critters (Freya, our latest rescue horse) is apparently colicking, so I’m headed up to the barn to check up on her.
