at least I took one call at work today. we’ll see how far I get after my meeting with my manager. he knows what’s going on and has been understanding but I need to talk to him about it anyway if only to ease my anxiety. hhhhhhhgh

I ended up calling out again. it takes much energy to figure out and start the short term disability leave process it seems. manager made it easier for me but I need this. I’m tired of not feeling like myself.
