They are highly unlikely to jail him because we could really get a civil war then.

My biggest fear is they are afraid of trying to prosecute on something, that even has slam dunk on it, could have any kind of way of failing to convict. Because that will simply turbo-charge him and his lunatic moaning. The civil war thing is maybe a concern but they def don't want to be 'the guy' who tried and failed to convict.

The Georgia vote thing and the NY Tax things, both sounds really really viable to catch him breaking laws. The Jan 6 things, even with all the testimony, I just see "blah blah blah, he is a bad guy" but nothing that will stick and pull him under. The guy is teflon and knows it. He even said now he's going to pardon Jan 6 people when he's President.

I hate to be so dark yet it feels totally accurate, nobody has the courage to do something and call him out because they are afraid of Maga cult/Fox News/Newsmax howling. It's a cult.
