the neighbors behind us are butchering "i want it that way" from backstreet boys, and my mom is out back smoking a cig and just dying because one guy sounds like a drunk parrot

they have a dog named Asher that we love, and i get bones for, so i unwrapped one and went back out, then waited

when i heard, "TELL ME WHYYYYY" i shouted back, "AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HEART ACHE" and got to see heads whip around with a big grin

there's a bunch of greenery we cut out next to the fence so we can actually see each other outside of winter, and i popped up with the bone while Asher came butt wiggling and whining over

funniest part was i don't think the neighbors had even realized how loud they were
