[cw: mental health/anxiety?] ugh my skin picking has gotten really bad again

I usually wear press-on nails and the pressure on my cuticles from the nails when I try to pick usually deters me but I've gotten to the point where I ignore it now

It's the worst on my arms, so trying to make myself some picking resistant sleeves. Also ordered a bunch in neutral colours from amazon

yeah i wear arm sleeves too keep from picking

only one person (coworker) asked at work and i didnt mind sharing so they dont break business casual dress code i guess
