So Queen Elizabeth II has passed away in Balmoral just months after the Platinum Jubilee at 96.

So I guess that means Charles is now Charles III, the King of the United Kingdom and William has taken over his dad’s old position as the Prince of Wales.

I’m actually surprised that Prince Andrew the Duke of York was able to travel to Scotland to be by his mom’s side with his siblings in her final days, given that he has gotten into a lot of hot water in recent years.

I am even shocked that the Duke of Sussex was also fly back to the UK to see her for all the eye rolling stuff he has said about the state of the British Royal Family, but now is not the right time to discuss them in general.

I had just saw her meeting with recently elected PM Liz Truss at Balmoral before she (Elizabeth) passed in a royal jewels blog.

I pray for Charles as he will take his place as the next monarch on the British Throne and serve the UK well as the country and the rest of the world mourn the loss of the longest reigning monarch, his mother.
