like i’m not capable of feeling anything but pain.. i just feel so numb all the time and anytime i actually let myself have emotion it’s just so much pain i can’t take it and i have to shut it off again i don’t know how much longer i can keep living like this i’m worried that the numbness will go away and i won’t have anything to protect myself from the Bad
