free books are best books.

though this won't grow too much since the upper stack i'm donating - read them and they're okay, but i won't likely reread. the bottom's still a mix of to read / signed copies i'll def keep / those i actually liked hahaha

glad to hear i'm not the only one doing the donating books to others when i've read them and won't reread.

my old work place has a whole donating shelf where people can leave the read books for others to enjoy.

hoping to eventually have a small stack of my stuff on the living room coffee table, though bro will have to bring some from the PH since i can't order them from amazon/book depository.

back in the PH the mall a block away from my office had an "outdoor library" where people would leave and take books as they like, so i left most of my books there

i'm a bit of a hoarder by nature, admitted, but my gf has a very minimalist style and i try to adapt.

the others i left at home bc my parents said they were still going to read them. hahaha

the only books i actually hoarded and my parents have no idea what to do... are my star wars books

i'm lazy and cleaning isn't my fave chore, so i'd rather keep things sparse and minimal hahaha i started with my wardrobe then just trimmed down... mostly everything

since moving to the UK i only have 3 pairs of shoes + 1 pair of slippers for indoor/beach/etc

𝕠𝕚𝕗𝕕𝕖𝕠 it's a whole shelf in my old bedroom but i told them to hold off doing anything with it for now. not because i'm particularly sentimental, but i didn't have time to go through the stack before i had to leave the country, and i know i want to keep some, donate some, then maybe idk sell the rest on ebay hahaha

i'll figure out when i go home next, it'll be a few years yet

or until my mom complains there's no more space, which she'd gotten a mostly whole room in exchange so it shouldn't be too much of an issue hahaha

(it's probably our gig costumes that need to be disposed at some point, since with everyone away - me here, bro at the capital, one of the princesses leaving for the US - it's not been a thing anymore)
