[home/funds] unrelated to family, money is generally tight and have made the decision to sell my 9mm this weekend
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
partially some we can get stuff for the house
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
but also, I never fully fell in 'love' with my 9mm
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
and Nerd BF found a 9mm that looks VERY MUCH like the Lady Smith I've always wanted and it's not discontinued, so I can get that down the line when we're a bit more secure financially
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
also, that one is more concealed carry-able than my current one
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
and I mostly just target shoot anyway
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
so went to check out this new place near us (rather than the sportsman shop like 45 minutes away) and it'll be easy to sell them my 9mm
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
meanwhile, one guy there was suuuuper cool and helped me look at guns more suitable for someone as petite as I am
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
and I've settled on (once we're stable) a really nice .380acp
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
obviously, at that price, it's definitely a financial stability thing
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
and that's fine
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
more worried about things for the house rn
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
and who knows! Maybe they'll get in a used one when we're actually ready to replace my gun so it'll be cheaper
ðŧðððððð ðģððð
also, he explained how trigger safeties really work (there's actually a like... 3-point system to a trigger safety, it's not nearly as bad as my dad always said it was)
