[mh/vent] love how when your paycheck is one day "late" it fucks up so much

it's not even late, I'm just used to getting it on Thursday but apparently now it arrives on actual Friday

which fucks with my usual routine of going to the grocery on a day I'm already out of the house

and means I can't watch rings of power tonight bc I need an Amazon prime sub which I don't have and can't pay for til tomorrow

also means I eat cheap ramen or nothing for dinner bc there is a strong lack of food in this house rn

and that means I'm just not eating dinner bc I haven't been able to stomach ramen since I lived in the hotel bc that was one of the two meals I was able to afford while there

aaaaaand ofc all of this falls on the one year anniversary of having to move into that fucking hotel

so i'm just all kinds of emotions rn and just

me: having a minor meltdown
luna: comes to check on me

having a cat that let's you cry into her fur when you need is so nice

and to top off the night yt was like nah your sub cancels today. bc ofc today

and like that's a very minor thing. as is rop. it's just thanks for fucking up my plans and routines universe.

I am grateful to be a permanent employee at my job instead of a temp one but I REALLY wish my paycheck would've showed up today like it always has

BRAIN WHY COULDN'T WE THINK OF THIS EARLIER WHEN WE COULD'VE COMFORTABLY STAYED AWAKE TO WATCH THE EPISODES???

also ffs pls let me sleep, brain. i know we are Anxious about stupid stuff but not getting sleep will not help that at all
