if you're really craving something as specific as yogurt covered pretzels then that's probably your body telling you that you need something it knows it can get from yogurt covered pretzels. probably getting just a yogurt would satisfy it but also as far as junk foods go I would not describe
also there's also ways to cut down on sugar that might not be as obvious, like i eat a lot of yogurts and cereal for instance and those have enormous quantities of sugar in bulk and it was easy to switch those out for better options
and then you can give yourself more ice cream
